About the Job:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable at Dubai Holding Group Services. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Supporting all invoice processing activities, accounts receivable reporting, and reconciliation as part of the Invoicing team within GS Finance, while focusing on customer centricity and service excellence
• Delivering invoice generation and distribution across various billing types (SLA billing, DDA billing, ad hoc charges, advance/deposit billing) in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
• Undertaking the completion of all accounts receivable reporting and reconciliation work, including posting, processing, and verification of receipts, revenue accounting, and closing processes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Preparing AR financial statements, intercompany cost allocations between DH entities, and DH 2.0 reports for shareholders across various reporting needs including residential, retail, commercial, land lease/sale, and warehouses 
• Creating credit/debit memos, recording revenue in the accounting system (including revenue reversal and accrual), and maintaining accurate and timely updates to customer master data
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address invoice-related customer queries, escalations, and challenges, and supporting periodic trainings for operations teams on key areas 
• Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency within existing processes, and reporting on key performance indicators and operational gaps
