About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Manager - Marketing to join Dubai Holding Asset Management. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Support the development and execution of annual marketing strategies and integrated 360° campaigns to enhance brand positioning, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns, including campaign planning, creative briefings, seasonal activations, content deployment, tenant alignment, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Plan and execute events, activations, and promotional initiatives by coordinating with internal teams, agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and brand consistency.
  • Build and manage relationships with external agencies, sponsors, and partners to ensure high-quality execution, timely delivery, and effective collaboration on marketing initiatives.
  • Support marketing budget planning and tracking by monitoring expenditures, reporting utilization, and ensuring efficient allocation of marketing resources.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments including Leasing, Strategy, Digital, Communications, Branding, FM, HSE, and Security teams while identifying market trends and recommending continuous improvements to marketing activities and digital platforms

People Management

  • Provide leadership within the function, setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize departmental performance in the pursuit of the Department’s objectives


About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Experience: 5–7 years marketing experience, ideally GCC.
  • Experience in mall marketing, PR, events, digital, or agencies
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing.
