About the job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis to join Dubai Holding Real Estate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Lead financial planning and analysis to ensure strong financial control and improved business profitability.
- Provide strategic financial advice that aligns with company goals and supports informed decision-making.
- Deliver accurate budgets and forecasts that enable confident planning and sustainable growth.
- Identify performance gaps and implement actions that improve financial results and cost efficiency.
- Support successful project delivery through effective financial planning and cash flow management.
- Enhance reporting and introduce automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed of insights.
- Highlight risks and opportunities to support business strategy and long-term value creation.
- Build and lead a high-performing team that delivers impactful financial insights and supports business success.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/ accounting, and a professional accounting qualification (Chartered Accountant, ACCA, CPA etc.) is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ideally within complex or multi-entity organisations.
- Able to translate complex financial data into clear insights that drive decisions, with experience using data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) being a plus.
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions, with exposure to strategic or project-based financial planning considered beneficial.
- Proficient in financial systems and advanced Excel, with experience in automation or process improvements adding value.
- Good understanding of financial controls and compliance, with exposure to enhancing governance frameworks seen as an advantage.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities, with experience in fast-paced, performance-driven environments preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor teams, with a track record of building capability and improving team performance viewed positively.
