About the Job
  • Oversee all facility-related operations, including hard and soft services, maintenance, and cleaning activities across the attraction.
  • Manage service providers to ensure the effective delivery of facility services and compliance with agreed service standards.
  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, including MEP, HVAC, BMS, and elevators.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to support smooth day-to-day facility operations and minimize service disruptions.
  • Prepare and present reports on asset performance, maintenance activities, and service quality.
  • Manage facility budgets and support the cost-effective delivery of operational services.
  • Support energy-saving and sustainability initiatives across the facility.
  • Respond to operational incidents and emergencies, ensuring timely resolution and business continuity.

About You 
Essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in facility management or a similar operational environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP, HVAC, BMS, and general building operations.
  • Experience using facility management software and reporting tools, including CAFM systems.
  • Knowledge of local safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership, vendor management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Desired
  • Experience managing facilities within attractions, hospitality, leisure, or customer-facing environments.
  • Exposure to sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives.
  • Experience managing multiple service providers and operational stakeholders.
