About the Job:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Team Leader – Chef Culinary at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

  • Prepare and cook food daily as per business requirements and recipe standards.
  • Organize mise en-place, production, food storage, and service for the assigned section.
  • Support the Chef/Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and follow SOPs.
  • Supervise and guide Commis Chefs to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
  • Maintain food quality, freshness, portion control, and timely preparation.
  • Complete requisitions, stock rotation, kitchen transfers, and daily checklists.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, HACCP compliance, and safe working practices.
  • Communicate shift handovers, operational updates, equipment issues, and business needs effectively.

About you:

  • High School certification 
  • A professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certification. 
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience within fast-food restaurant environment
  • Should understand how to read recipes and a good knowledge of cooking
  • Effective Communication
  • Supervising People
