About the Job:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Attendant – Entry Operations at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

  • Welcome, assist, and engage with guests in a polite, courteous, and professional manner. 
  • Support daily Entry Operations activities, including ticketing, turnstiles, group sales, annual pass processing, guest services, VIP guests, and rental services. 
  • Follow all cash handling procedures accurately while supporting revenue targets and suggestive selling opportunities. 
  • Deliver excellent guest service and maintain a cheerful, positive, and helpful attitude at all times. 
  • Understand available products and ticket packages to recommend suitable options based on guest needs. 
  • Follow assigned SOPs, company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures consistently. 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and operational areas. 
  • Stay updated on training, operational changes, safety procedures, and complete any other reasonable duties requested by management.

 

About you:

  • High school certificate or technical diploma
  • 3 years of previous experience in Service/ Entertainment/ Hospitality industry
  • Adapting to changing work environment whilst keeping a positive attitude
  • Hands-on operational experience in a cash handling area
  • Always deliver exemplary guest service
