About the Job:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Attendant Costume & Wardrobe at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

  • Manage daily costume and wardrobe operations, including laundry, pressing, fittings, repairs, and maintenance. 
  • Assist performers and team members with costume preparation, dressing support, and wardrobe-related concerns. 
  • Carry out minor costume repairs, hand sewing, alterations coordination, and track items requiring workroom support. 
  • Assign, unassign, organize, and maintain uniforms and costumes in line with inventory and company procedures. 
  • Ensure costumes, uniforms, and character outfits are cleaned, segregated, stored, and handled according to required standards. 
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for costumes, wardrobe items, laundry supplies, and makeup, while reporting low stock levels. 
  • Support smooth daily operations by coordinating with team leaders, supervisors, stage management, colleagues, and external vendors. 
  • Follow health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.

 

About you:

  • 2 years plus experience in wardrobe or costume departments in Theme Parks, University, Cruise Lines or Live Theatre
  • Knowledge of sewing/tailoring, cutting/fitting.
  • Supervisory experience managing a costume workroom.
  • Experience working with character costumes under the IP guidelines and/or experience working in a hotel’s laundry service with uniforms
  • Flexible working hours
