About the Job:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Officer – Events and Entertainment at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

  • Coordinate daily entertainment operations, including venue opening/closing procedures, cast and crew sign-in/out, and show readiness.
  • Support rehearsals, performances, and events by coordinating performers, stage crew, production plans, and backstage activities.
  • Monitor shows, backstage areas, green rooms, and event venues to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with SOPs.
  • Prepare and maintain key event documentation, including schedules, itineraries, production books, nightly reports, and status updates.
  • Act as the main point of contact for entertainment venues, performers, vendors, VIPs, and contracted talent during shows and events.
  • Communicate important operational updates clearly across departments, production teams, senior management, and frontline staff.
  • Address guest-related situations professionally and support the resolution of operational issues during live entertainment activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and continuous process improvements within the entertainment function.

About you:

  • High School Diploma – Event/theatrical/theme park experience preferred.
  • 1 - 2 year experience in theme parks and/or professional theatre
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Advanced English Skills- both written and spoken.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts, solve problems and implement solutions.
