About the Job:

Here’s your chance to step into the role of Senior Executive Acrobatics and Stunts for Dubai Parks and Resorts™, part of Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you’ll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Coaching and developing performers in acrobatics, stunt techniques, safety protocols, acting, and show blocking to ensure consistently high production standards.
• Working closely with Show Directors and Artistic Management on the creation, choreography, and ongoing enhancement of productions and stunt sequences.
• Coordinating, casting, and choreographing stunt scenes in alignment with the creative vision of each production.
• Delivering training programmes for performers and Performance Captains to ensure operational readiness and continuous development.
• Leading and overseeing complex stunt elements, including acrobatics, stunt driving, high falls, stage combat, combat weapons, air rams, rappelling, counterweight systems, trampolines, and bungee wall performances.
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of performers, technical teams, and crew during all rehearsals and live performances.
• Supporting special events and entertainment initiatives across Dubai Parks and Resorts as required.
• Collaborating with Production Management, Artistic Management, Stage Managers, and technical teams to deliver seamless entertainment experiences.
• Upholding Dubai Parks and Resorts' service standards and creating memorable experiences for guests through engaging, high-quality performances.
• Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic and fast-paced entertainment environment while supporting the wider Entertainment team as needed.

About You:

• A High School qualification or equivalent, with a University Degree or professional training considered an advantage.
• Professional training and extensive experience in stunts and acrobatics.
• A minimum of five years of experience within a professional theme park, theatre, or live entertainment environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience within cruise ship entertainment or land-based theatre productions would be highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated expertise in stunt performance disciplines, including acrobatics, stage combat, high falls, and other specialised stunt techniques.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, with experience developing performers and maintaining production standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with creative teams, performers, and operational stakeholders.
• A strong commitment to health, safety, and risk management within live entertainment environments.
• A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving setting.
• The flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, in line with operational requirements.
• A high level of physical fitness and the stamina required to perform and oversee demanding stunt and acrobatic activities.
