About the Job:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Supervisor – Retail Shop at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

  • Ensure excellent guest service standards are consistently delivered in line with the company’s service philosophy.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the retail team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and drive initiatives to increase revenue and per capita spend.
  • Manage store operations effectively, including inventory control, stock assortment, and loss prevention.
  • Control labour and operating costs while maintaining productivity and service quality.
  • Provide on-the-job training, coaching, feedback, and development opportunities for team members.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to enhance store displays and improve sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, health and safety standards, and operational requirements.

About you:

  • Diploma in Retail Management
  • 5 years retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position   
  • Theme park retail operations experience
  • Strong in retail operations management 
  • Ability to work in an outdoor environment and to stand for long hours
  • Work on a rotating shift including weekends and public holidays
