About the Job:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Supervisor – Entry Operations at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

  • Supervise daily Entry Operations activities, including ticketing, turnstiles, guest services, annual pass processing, group sales, and rental services. 
  • Ensure the park is opened and closed according to operational procedures, including functional checks and coordination with relevant departments. 
  • Lead and support Entry Operations team members by conducting daily briefings, assigning duties, monitoring staff positioning, and ensuring service standards are met. 
  • Manage staffing levels, staff rotations, breaks, lunches, and attendance records to ensure smooth operational coverage. 
  • Monitor guest arrival patterns and deploy resources effectively to manage guest flow and maintain a positive guest experience. 
  • Conduct on-the-job training, refresher training, assessments, and certifications for Entry Operations staff. 
  • Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures, operational paperwork, daily logs, and time and attendance documentation. 
  • Respond to guest concerns or operational issues, providing support to team members while ensuring health, safety, and company standards are followed.

 

About you:

  • 3 years previous supervisory experience in Service/ Entertainment/ Hospitality industry
  • Adapting to changing work environment whilst keeping a positive attitude
  • Hands-on operational experience supervising a cash handling area and staff
  • Ensure department and its employees offer exemplary guest service
  • Higher school certification or technical diploma/College degree
  • Guest service skills training and certification
