About the Job:

  • Design and implement training programs aligned with Talent Management strategy
  • Conduct training needs analysis and close skill gaps to improve performance
  • Plan and deliver annual training calendar (internal/external programs)
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and leadership development initiatives
  • Manage training budget and optimize resource allocation
  • Partner with external vendors to source high-quality learning solutions
  • Provide coaching to managers to support team development
  • Monitor training effectiveness, ROI, and learner adoption through metrics and feedback
  • Oversee employee onboarding/orientation programs
  • Utilize LMS and technology to enhance training delivery and tracking
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry training standards
  • Prepare leadership reports and dashboards on training outcomes
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives through learning programs
  • Stay updated on learning trends and introduce innovative training methods

 

About You:

  • Bachelor’s in HR/Business (Master’s preferred); L&D/CIPD certification preferred
  • 4–6 years’ experience, including 2+ years in a senior training delivery role
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and learning methodologies
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with e-learning platforms (ERP/Fusion preferred)
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities
  • Experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating training programs
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure training effectiveness and ROI
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
  • Demonstrated leadership, creativity, and adaptability in learning program design
