About the Job:

We are building a Technicians Talent Pool across Dubai Holding, supporting our operational assets including theme parks, attractions, facilities, and technical services.

This talent pool will be used to fill future technical roles as they become available. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted accordingly.

Roles may include:

  • Mechanical Technician
  • Electrical Technician
  • Rides & Attractions Technician
  • Facilities / Building Maintenance Technician
  • Audio, Video & Lighting (AVL) Technician
  • Technical Services Technician

 

The main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across rides, attractions, facilities, and technical systems
  • Performing preventive maintenance and safety inspections in line with manufacturer guidelines and company standards
  • Responding to equipment breakdowns and minimizing operational downtime
  • Ensuring safe operation of all systems in guest-facing environments
  • Coordinating with operations teams, supervisors, vendors, and manufacturers
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance logs and technical documentation
  • Identifying and escalating safety hazards in line with HSE requirements
  • Working shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays, as required

 

About you:

The ideal candidates for these positions will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Technical Certificate in Engineering or a related field
  • Relevant technical certifications or trade training
  • Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Systems background
  • Trade licenses, AVL or control system certifications (e.g. Q-Sys, Dante, PLCs) - desirable
  • Hydraulics / Pneumatics or Work at Heights certifications - desirable
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in environments such as theme parks or attractions, facilities or building maintenance, or system integration or industrial operations
