About the Job:

We are building a Food & Beverage Services Talent Pool across Dubai Holding hospitality assets in Dubai.

This talent pool will be used to support future hiring needs within our front-of-house F&B operations. As suitable opportunities become available, shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

We are currently considering profiles for roles such as:

  • (Senior) Waiter / Waitress
  • Host / Hostess
  • (Senior) Bartender
  • Team Leader

 

The main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality, personalised service to guests in line with brand and service standards
  • Anticipating guest needs and responding professionally to requests and inquiries
  • Supporting daily outlet operations and coordinating with team members and other departments
  • Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation in guest-facing areas
  • Contributing to a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a positive guest experience

 

About you:

The ideal candidates for these positions will have:

Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment

  • Strong communication and guest interaction skills
  • Second language would be preferred (Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic, Russian)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and passion for hospitality
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
