About the Job:
We are building a Guest Relations & Front Office Talent Pool across Dubai Holding hospitality and Entertainment properties.
This is an opportunity to be considered for future roles across Guest Relations and Front Office functions, ranging from executive to management level. As suitable opportunities become available, shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
We are currently considering profiles for roles such as:
- Guest Relations
- Front Office
- Customer Experience
- Attendant
The main duties and responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional, personalised service and creating memorable guest experiences throughout the guest journey
- Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and service recovery
- Managing VIP arrivals, departures, and guest preferences in coordination with relevant departments
- Supporting check-in, check-out, and front desk operations while maintaining brand service standards
- Supervising and supporting front-facing teams to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency
- Coordinating closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitoring service quality, guest satisfaction scores, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
About you:
The ideal candidates for these positions will have:
- Previous experience in Guest Relations and/or Front Office within a hospitality or luxury hotel environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest engagement skills
- Experience handling VIP guests and complex guest interactions (for senior roles)
- A professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams (for supervisory and management roles)
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
