About the Job

• Deliver data-driven insights and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making across attractions, commercial operations, and revenue-generating activities.
• Monitor attraction performance, utilization, throughput, and revenue trends to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
• Support pricing strategy initiatives through demand analysis, financial modelling, forecasting, and evaluation of revenue optimization opportunities.
• Lead budgeting, business planning, and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide actionable insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Conduct financial and commercial feasibility studies to evaluate new business opportunities, projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner closely with finance, operations, commercial, and technology teams to enhance business performance through analytical insights and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning, forecasting, reporting processes, and business intelligence capabilities through the effective use of technology and analytics.

About You

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline. MBA qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis, financial planning, forecasting, or business performance management within a large organisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Experience in budgeting, business planning, performance reporting, and financial modelling.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables, meet tight deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Desired

• Experience within the theme parks, attractions, leisure, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
• Exposure to business intelligence, data visualization, and dashboard reporting tools.
• Experience conducting pricing analysis, revenue optimization initiatives, and commercial performance assessments.
• Familiarity with enterprise planning, reporting, and financial systems.
• Experience evaluating business cases, feasibility studies, and strategic investment opportunities.
