Description

The role holder is responsible for working closely with the Director - Property Management to manage the property management activities for the residential portfolio in order to ensure that all residential projects meet their objectives to maximize revenues whilst reducing costs. The role holder supports the Director – Property Management with day to day activities of the department to ensure higher level of customer satisfaction and profitability for the business.
