About the Job:


Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Executive - Sourcing Professional Services at Dubai Holding Group Services. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

  • Supporting the development and execution of category management and strategic sourcing initiatives across a range of procurement categories.
  • Conducting spend analysis, market intelligence research, supplier evaluations, and cost-benefit assessments to identify value creation and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Managing sourcing activities, supplier relationships, and procurement projects while ensuring compliance with established procurement policies and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop category strategies, optimize procurement processes, and deliver sustainable commercial outcomes.


About You:


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS or Project Management credentials are preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience within a procurement or strategic sourcing environment.
  • Experience in spend analysis, category management, supplier relationship management, contract management, and procurement project delivery.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in shared services organizations and exposure to the Middle East market would be advantageous.
