Job Overview: 

Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Executive Collections (National Talent) at Dubai Holding Group Services. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include: 

• Manage collection activities for overdue accounts by contacting customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement plans with customers while maintaining positive customer relationships and delivering a high level of service.
• Monitor and manage aging buckets, track collection cases, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of delinquent accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection activities in line with company policies and compliance standards.
• Prepare and share regular reports on collection performance, overdue accounts, recovery status, and collection trends with management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and confidentiality requirements while handling customer data and collection processes.

About you: 

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-2 year of experience in collections, preferably within real estate or property management in the UAE/GCC region.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable, aging reports, and debt recovery processes.
• Experience working with real estate developers or large-scale property organizations is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
• Proficiency in managing collection systems and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
