Job Overview: 

Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Accountant Financial Reporting at Dubai Holding Group Services. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include: 

• Prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accuracy of financial disclosures, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Review trial balances, balance sheet reconciliations, and resolve accounting variances.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support completion of statutory audits and audit queries.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and ensure timely regulatory filings and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal finance teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

About you: 

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA, ACCA, or CPA qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in statutory reporting, financial reporting, or external audit.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and financial statement preparation.
• Experience in coordinating with external auditors and handling audit queries.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting platforms.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• UAE/GCC experience and familiarity with VAT regulations preferred.
