About the Job: 

We are building a talent pool within the Project Delivery & Development function at Dubai Holding. 

This is an opportunity to be considered for future roles across this function. As suitable opportunities become available, shortlisted candidates will be contacted. 

We are currently considering profiles for roles such as: 

• Project & Development Delivery 
• Construction & Infrastructure Project Management 
• Contractor, Consultant & Authority Coordination 
• Project Controls, Scheduling, Cost & Risk Management

The main duties and responsibilities include:

• Supporting end-to-end project and development delivery activities across planning, construction, and handover stages 
• Coordinating consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and quality expectations 
• Managing project cost, programme, risk, and change controls 
• Monitoring compliance with approvals, permits, contractual obligations, and governance frameworks 
• Supporting reporting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives

About you: 

The ideal candidates will have: 

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline 

• Experience supporting project, development, or construction delivery environments 

• Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills 

• Good understanding of cost control, scheduling, and risk management principles
