About the job: 

• Manage the delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
• Lead day-to-day coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to drive project progress and resolve delivery challenges.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, and risks, taking proactive action to keep projects aligned with approved plans and business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements, procurement activities, and approvals are delivered in a timely manner.
• Oversee contractor and consultant performance, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality expectations.
• Support the review of project claims, variations, and payments to ensure effective commercial and contractual management.
• Coordinate project handovers and close-out activities to support a smooth transition into operations and maintenance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery practices and adopting industry best practices.

 About you: 

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred. 
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, construction, infrastructure, or real estate development projects, including experience managing multidisciplinary projects through various stages of delivery.
• Experience working with consultants, contractors, and multiple stakeholders to successfully deliver projects within approved timelines and budgets.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, project delivery processes, contract administration, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools, including Microsoft Office applications, with experience using Primavera P6 and Power BI considered an advantage.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build strong working relationships.
• Experience within a real estate developer environment is considered an advantage.
