About the Job:


• Support preparation of budgetary cost estimates and ‘Order of Magnitude’ costs to guide planning and decision-making. 

• Manage procurement processes, issue inquiries, and prepare bid summaries to secure competitive bids. 

• Provide contractual and procurement advice ensuring compliance with company policies and obligations. 

• Monitor and control costs during design and execution to ensure budget adherence. 

• Conduct cost analysis for new, repair, and maintenance works, ensuring cost transparency. 

• Coordinate with civil, MEP, and other disciplines to evaluate materials and cost scenarios. 

• Perform risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies to optimize project outcomes. 

• Manage tendering, contractor selection, and procurement to achieve best value. 

• Review BOQs, contractor bills, variations, and claims to ensure accuracy and cost control. 

• Manage contract administration, payments, and reporting to ensure financial integrity.


About You:

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Contracts Management (Certifications preferred). 

• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract law, and procurement practices. 

• 4–6 years’ experience in contract management, cost control, and quantity surveying. 

• Skilled in contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management. 

• Proficient in Primavera P6 / Oracle Primavera Cloud and MS Office. 

• Strong expertise in budgeting, cost control, and contractor/vendor management. 

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure. 

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
