About the Job:

We are building a talent pool within the Human Resources team at Dubai Holding.

The main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Assisting with HR operations, policies, and documentation
  • Supporting employee engagement and HR initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to support business needs

 

About you:

The ideal candidates for these positions will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Interest in HR processes and people management
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
