About the Job:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Head Chef at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

  • Oversee and support daily culinary operations across multiple F&B outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen performance. 
  • Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, portion control, and taste in line with agreed standards. 
  • Supervise, guide, train, and develop kitchen team members including Sous Chefs, Chef De Parties, and Commis Chefs. 
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and Dubai Municipality requirements. 
  • Manage food cost, stock control, ordering, inventory, and wastage reduction to support kitchen profitability. 
  • Coordinate with the Theme Park F&B Leader and other departments to meet operational and business requirements. 
  • Monitor guest feedback, complaints, and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. 
  • Prepare duty schedules, cleaning rosters, checklists, and kitchen records to support effective administration and operations.

 

About you:

  • Secondary school qualification or culinary arts certification, with strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and dessert production. 
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar chef or kitchen supervisory role, preferably within a busy F&B, hospitality, or entertainment environment. 
  • Strong culinary skills with the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, portion control, and consistency. 
  • Good leadership and people management skills, with the ability to train, coach, guide, and motivate kitchen colleagues. 
  • Good communication skills, fluency in English, flexibility to work varied shifts, and the ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
