About the Job:
We are building a talent pool supporting digital engineering, BIM, and virtual design coordination at Dubai Holding.
This is an opportunity to be considered for future roles across this function. As suitable opportunities become available, shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
We are currently considering profiles for roles such as:
- BIM & Digital Engineering Coordination
- Virtual Design & Construction (VDC)
- Model Management & Digital Delivery
The main duties and responsibilities include:
- Supporting BIM and digital delivery processes across design, construction, and handover stages
- Coordinating multidisciplinary models to ensure accuracy, alignment, and clash resolution
- Managing model standards, graphical requirements, and digital workflows
- Supporting VDC initiatives, digital reviews, and stakeholder coordination
- Ensuring compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and contractual requirements
About you:
The ideal candidates will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related field
- Experience working with BIM, digital engineering, or model-based delivery
- Familiarity with BIM authoring tools and coordination platforms
- Strong attention to detail and collaborative working capability
