About the Job:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Assistant Manager – Events & Entertainment at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

  • Support the Senior Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering rehearsals, shows, events, and entertainment productions. 
  • Ensure daily entertainment operations run smoothly while maintaining high production standards and guest experience. 
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Retail, F&B, Marketing, HSE, technical teams, cast, and performers to support event requirements. 
  • Manage production schedules, event calendars, installation/de-rig timelines, and communicate updates to stakeholders. 
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, producers, and external partners, including supporting negotiations, contracts, and event logistics. 
  • Oversee entertainment assets, inventories, production documentation, event books, and back-of-house entertainment areas. 
  • Support budgeting, reporting, progress updates, SOP development, KPI tracking, and continuous process improvement. 
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, risk assessment, permits, and operational requirements for entertainment venues and live events.

 

About you:

  • University Diploma – five years equivalent theme park, theatrical, cruise ship, entertainment experience in Production Management
  • Stage Management experience/Production Management experience
  • Theatrical production management, stage managing, directing, designing, and/or acting experience
  • Stage craft and/or technical experience
  • Computer skills- proficient in Word, Excel, and general computer literacy
  • People and time management, good communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a high pressured and fast paced environment
