About the Job:  

An opportunity has arisen for Assistant Manager Human Resources to join Zabeel House The Greens. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: 
 

  • Maintain HRIS in the department to ensure accurate colleague records and timely updates.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates for colleagues through to middle manager roles (O1-P3) in all departments to ensure quality hires.
  • Ensure that the employees’ records of both digital and physical files are updated
  • Looking after colleagues’ accommodation requirements
  • Plans colleague engagement activities
  • Liaise with government agencies and process all government documentation, licenses and other requirements.

 

About You:

Essential: Diploma in Hotel Management, Human Resources Management or international equivalent.

Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in HRM or international equivalent.

System Qualifications: Oracle.
