About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen to join the Food & Beverage Culinary team at Jumeirah Beachfront properties in Dubai. We are hiring for the following positions with the starting date of September 2026:


  

Food & Beverage:

  • Chef De Partie
      

The main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with Jumeirah standards, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices at all times.
  • Support daily kitchen operations and collaborate effectively with the culinary team.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of ingredients to maintain quality and minimize waste

 

About you:

The ideal candidates for these positions will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in the same role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations (HACCP compliance is an advantage).
  • Passion for culinary arts with a commitment to quality, consistency, and delivering exceptional dining experiences
