About the Job 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director Marketing to join Zabeel House The Greens.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: 

  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives, ensuring coherence with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they are executed effectively and on time.
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications and materials.
  • Support the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, email campaigns, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), to drive engagement and brand awareness.


About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong background in brand positioning and guest experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Knowledge of UAE/GCC market trends and consumer behavior.
