About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Client Development F&B to join Jumeirah.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Cultivate a refined community of high-value guests across Jumeirah’s Signature Restaurants, creating a sense of belonging that inspires repeat visitation and long-term loyalty
• Develop and nurture privileged relationships with VIPs, private offices and influential connectors, shaping where and how discerning guests choose to dine
• Design bespoke engagement strategies that go beyond outreach, curating meaningful moments and experiences that encourage guests to return more frequently and with greater intent
• Partner closely with restaurant and front-of-house leadership, ensuring every returning guest is recognised, valued and seamlessly cared for within each dining experience
• Leverage insight, intuition and guest intelligence to unlock opportunities for reconnection, retention and deeper engagement, strengthening the emotional and commercial bond with key guests
• Position Client Development as a critical commercial driver within Signature Restaurants, directly influencing guest value, frequency and the long-term strength of the brand

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 10 years’ experience in client development, CRM or luxury guest relations
• Minimum 3–5 years managing VIP engagement, loyalty or clienteling strategies across multiple venues or brands
• Proven ability to build networks that drive repeat business and revenue
• Strong understanding of high-net-worth and luxury guest segments
• Experience using CRM and guest data to influence commercial performance at portfolio level
