About the Job

As part of our ongoing commitment to service excellence and talent development across our Dubai beachfront portfolio, we are seeking passionate and service‑driven hospitality professionals to join our Food & Beverage and Rooms Division teams, with a planned start date of September 2026.

Food & Beverage:

  • Waiter/Waitress
  • Senior Waiter/Waitress
  • Restaurant Hostess
  • Bartender
  • Senior Bartender

 

Rooms Division:

  • Receptionist
  • Concierge Agent
  • Butler
  • Guest Relations Executive

 

The main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Deliver consistently high‑quality, personalised service in line with Jumeirah’s luxury service standards across dining, reception, concierge, and guest services areas.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Support daily operations within your department, collaborating closely with colleagues and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organisation in all guests‑facing areas.
  • Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and team‑oriented environment that enhances the overall guest experience.

 

About you

 

The ideal candidates for these positions will have the following experience and qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage with guests in a polished and professional manner.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (Russian or European languages) are an advantage.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, service excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • The ability to perform confidently in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
