About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager – Revenue Management to join Zabeel House The Greens.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Manage all room-related pricing approvals, authorizations, discounts, upgrades, and restrictions across the property.
- Monitor and recommend changes to pricing based on value, demand, pace, and competitive pricing.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies, review pricing across all distribution platforms for alignment.
- Update the Wholesale Pricing Tool to maintain efficient pricing gaps between static and dynamic pricing.
- Review and approve all external pricing communications to ensure clarity and compliance with Jumeirah Pricing Guidelines.
- Maintain transient rooms inventory to maximize revenue and availability using IDeaS, Opera, SynXis, and wholesale free sale charts.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar leadership role within hospitality, ideally in a hotel.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Hotel Administration or Business Administration.
- 6 - 8 years of experience in Revenue Management operational role preferably from hotel industry in Luxury Industry.
