About the Job 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paymaster/General Cashier to join Zabeel House The Greens.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: 

  • Process and manage monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy of salaries, deductions, benefits, and compliance with WPS and UAE labor laws.
  • Maintain and update payroll records in coordination with HR (new joiners, terminations, salary adjustments).
  • Reconcile payroll reports, post related journal entries, and prepare payroll documentation for audit and management review.
  • Manage daily cash collections, float distribution, and consolidation of revenues in line with financial controls.
  • Perform cash counts, reconciliation, and ensure timely bank deposits and accurate recording of transactions.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.

 

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in payroll and/or cash handling (hospitality preferred)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong knowledge of financial controls and compliance
