About the Job:
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Waiter / Waitress to join Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab.
 
 The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
 
  

• Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized dining experience by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests.
• Confidently describe menu items and beverage pairings, showcasing detailed knowledge of ingredients and preparation methods.
• Liaise closely with the Culinary Team to ensure flawless food pickup, timely service, and consistent quality at every table.
• Manage table settings, serve food and beverages with precision, and maintain immaculate presentation throughout service.
• Use the point-of-sale system to accurately process guest orders and special requests, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen.
• Contribute to an engaging atmosphere by maintaining an attentive, unobtrusive presence and creating memorable dining moments.
   
    

About You:
 
 The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
 
  

• 1 year of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry
• High School Diploma
• Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate)
• Leadership and team management skills
