About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Technician - Engineering to join Jumeirah Zabeel Saray

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • To attend to maintenance requests (Break down, Planned and other wise) relating to guest rooms 
  • To report & follow up the entire Major & Minor repair and maintenance task related to guest rooms 
  • In case of recurrent deficiency or defect to suggest and get alternative solutions implemented in coordination with the team leader & other superiors 
  • To keep all the electrical panels, storage areas and access leading to the roof locked 
  • Request support, direction and assistance as needed or required by situations and work. 
  • Be familiar with and comply with all the relevant technical services department policies and processes and standard operating procedures. 

 

 

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Good command of English Language – spoken and written 
  • General Knowledge about Mechanical, Plumbing and other trades
  • Min 5 years experience in hotel engineering field or 5 years general engineering construction work experience
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Capability to carry out root cause analysis.
