About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Officer – Beach Operations to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Provide general operational and administrative support within Beach Operations, including maintaining operational records, filing systems, documentation, and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Perform day-to-day operational tasks such as coordinating schedules, managing guest or staff requests, maintaining logs, and supporting on-ground beach operations activities.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of beach events, guest activities, and operational setups to ensure smooth delivery and high service standards.
  • Create and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for operational reports, SOPs, incident records, purchase requests, and other beach operations documentation.
  • Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, safety, and guest experience within the beach area.
  • Sort, review, and distribute incoming operational communications and documents to the appropriate teams or personnel in a timely manner.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or related industries
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English
