About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Manager to join Zabeel House The Greens.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and budgets.
- Lead sourcing activities, tendering (RFP/RFQ), and supplier selection processes
- Ensure competitive bidding and transparency across procurement activities
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize spend
- Manage procurement budgets and track savings vs. forecast
- Support EBITDA improvements through effective sourcing
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8+ years of procurement experience, preferably in hospitality or corporate environment
- Strong experience in sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management
- Knowledge of ERP/procurement systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
