About the Job 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Manager to join Zabeel House The Greens.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: 

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and budgets.
  • Lead sourcing activities, tendering (RFP/RFQ), and supplier selection processes 
  • Ensure competitive bidding and transparency across procurement activities
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize spend 
  • Manage procurement budgets and track savings vs. forecast 
  • Support EBITDA improvements through effective sourcing

 

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field 
  • 5–8+ years of procurement experience, preferably in hospitality or corporate environment 
  • Strong experience in sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management 
  • Knowledge of ERP/procurement systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
