About The Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive to join Front Office at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

 

  • To give a warm welcome to the guest (owner/ tenant/ Rental Pool) on arrival and register them. 
  • To update all information given by the guest on the Registration Card on check-in into the Front Office PMS System (Opera) in a timely matter and making sure that all required information has been provided to ensure 100% profile quality as per Jumeirah standard. 
  • To identify and anticipate the guest needs, such as restaurant reservation, transport arrangement and assist in any possible way.
  • To perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Front Office Manager/Duty Manager. 
  • To log and keep the immediate supervisor fully informed of all challenges, negative feedback or unusual matters of significance. 

 

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • A Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent experiences.
  • Eager to learn, develop new skills, and embrace continuous growth.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a friendly and approachable personality.
