About The Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Fitness Attendant to join Sports & Leisure at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • To ensure that colleagues report on duty, on time and are in accordance with the Jumeirah grooming standards. 
  • Relieve and/or assist other Sports & Leisure Attendants as and when necessary, and for that reason, be willing to learn skills related to their job. 
  • Utilize, clean, store or return all cleaning equipment properly. 
  • To ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are always adhered to. 
  • Provides and maintain a high level of service within the Sports & Leisure department, ensures smooth operation by assisting the Gym Instructors and Kids play attendant. 

 

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of fitness equipment, gym safety procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Demonstrates the ability to identify issues, take appropriate action, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Ability to understand guest requests, provide accurate information, and communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
  • Works effectively with colleagues and supports team objectives to deliver a high-quality guest experience.
