About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director – Wellness Operations to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate.


The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Lead the commercial performance of Jumeirah’s Wellness & Spa portfolio, overseeing full P&L responsibility across spa, retail, membership, and wellbeing programmes.
  • Partner closely with the VP of Wellbeing to shape brand strategy and develop impactful annual wellness campaigns aligned with Jumeirah’s positioning.
  • Drive global wellness initiatives and partnerships, enhancing brand visibility and strengthening Jumeirah’s presence in the luxury wellbeing space.
  • Translate wellness strategy into performance excellence by managing KPIs, budgets, and operational standards, ensuring alignment with marketing and brand campaigns.
  • Lead operational excellence across all wellness offerings, continuously elevating guest experience, treatment menus, and service standards to achieve LQA and Forbes benchmarks.
  • Inspire, develop, and build a world-class wellness team, overseeing recruitment, training, and capability development to deliver a consistently exceptional guest journey.


About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior wellness leadership role within international luxury hospitality, managing wellness brands or multi-site operations.
  • Proven track record in designing, innovating, and elevating wellness programmes to enhance guest experience and commercial performance.
  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, develop, and lead high-performing wellness teams.
  • Deep expertise in integrated wellness concepts, with hands-on experience delivering impactful training and development programmes.
  • Background in wellness brand development, marketing, and pre-opening environments, with a strong understanding of luxury positioning.
