About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Revenue & Reservations F&B to join Jumeirah.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:


  • Own the commercial performance of every seat across Jumeirah’s Signature Restaurants, ensuring demand is seamlessly translated into occupancy, revenue and a refined, high-value guest flow
  • Elevate reservation systems into precision-driven commercial instruments, curating access, pacing and availability to optimise covers while preserving the exclusivity and rhythm of each dining experience
  • Anticipate and interpret the cadence of demand across each restaurant, working in close partnership with culinary and front-of-house leadership to unlock revenue opportunities in real time
  • Craft bespoke booking strategies that reflect the identity of each Signature Restaurant, balancing commercial ambition with service excellence to protect both revenue integrity and guest experience
  • Ensure every demand touchpoint, from brand campaigns to client relationships, is converted into confirmed, high-quality reservations, reinforcing positioning and sustained performance
  • Leverage guest data and CRM platforms to deliver highly personalised dining experiences, driving repeat patronage, strengthening loyalty and elevating long-term guest engagement


About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


  • 10 years’ experience in revenue management, reservations or commercial analytics within luxury hospitality or premium F&B
  • Minimum 3–5 years managing multi-outlet or high-volume F&B operations
  • Strong expertise in reservation platforms across multiple venues
  • Proven track record improving occupancy, conversion and booking efficiency at scale
  • Highly analytical with strong commercial judgement in fast-paced, guest-centric environments
