Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a luxurious beachside resort located on the West Crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Attendant Sports & Leisure to join the Recreation team at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and assist guests using sports and leisure facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Set up, inspect, and maintain sports equipment and recreational areas to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness.
- Provide information on available activities, facility rules, schedules, and promote recreational programs to guests.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and emergency procedures, responding promptly to incidents or guest concerns.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with bookings, equipment rentals, and addressing guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:
- Minimum two years’ experience in hospitality or guest service-related work.
- Minimum of two years of experience in retail/cash handling
- Experience in a spa environment preferred
- Experience working with B4T, and Opera preferred but not required.
- Retail, customer service, and POS system experience.
