About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Assistant Manager to join the Marketing team in Jumeirah Beach Hotel

 

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:   

  • Assist the Manager in executing marketing strategies and initiatives and handling day-to-day marketing operations. 
  • Ensure all marketing and communications efforts align with the brand strategy and develop hotel-level brand assets and collateral. 
  • Create and manage engaging content across multiple platforms, adhering to visual style guidelines, and maintain the hotel’s image library.
  •  Assist in developing and executing an annual PR plan, managing PR activities and events, responding to media queries, and updating media kits. 
  • Develop and execute an annual social media plan, support social media shoots, maintain social media channels, and create monthly social media reports. 
  • Support the activation of strategic luxury partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand positioning. 
  • Deliver and optimize digital marketing campaigns, manage website and mobile app content, and conduct brand audits across digital channels. 
  • Implement Trade Marketing campaigns aligned with brand standards and commercial KPIs and support Global Sales Tradeshows and Events. 
  • Execute loyalty-related initiatives and campaigns, develop a CRM/email distribution calendar, and create email campaigns.
  • Raise purchase requests and invoices, liaise with Finance for payments, support P&L budget management, and provide project status updates and competitor analysis reports.

 

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Marketing Communications, Business or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University
  • Managing photography and film shoots
  • 5-8 years of Marketing experience, gained within a leading global luxury hospitality or recognized global luxury brand
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment 
  • Live by Jumeirah competencies ‘Aspire.’ 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills 
  •  Strong proofreading and copywriting capabilities 
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and results focus 
  • Demonstrated project and campaign management capability 
  • Excellent time management and prioritization capabilities
  • Proficient in English and Arabic preferably
