About Jumeirah Zabeel Saray

About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Assistant Manager to join Human Capital team in Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process by collaborating with department heads to identify workforce needs, building talent pipelines, utilizing sourcing strategies, and managing recruitment platforms and the applicant tracking system to attract top talent efficiently.
- Coordinate and facilitate smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires, including documentation, system access, orientation programs, cultural alignment, and monitoring probationary reviews with timely feedback.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, support disciplinary and performance improvement processes fairly and consistently, and promote a positive, inclusive work environment through engagement initiatives.
- Review monthly payroll inputs for accuracy and timely processing with the payroll team, manage leave and attendance data through the Gantner system, and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records and documentation.
- Assist in implementing Human Capital initiatives and policies aligned with corporate objectives, while supporting HR success measures, compliance checks, and reporting.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR or human capital management, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards, especially within the UAE or relevant region.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
