 About the Job

 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Assistant Manager - Human Capital to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.

 * Conduct end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and full onboarding procedures for colleague through to management roles across all departments to ensure timely and quality hires.
 * Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and colleagues data within the HRIS to support hiring decisions, reporting, and compliance.
 * Ensure the resort’s workforce planning tool is current and accurate, partnering with department heads to forecast manpower requirements and recruitment needs.
* Coordinate and maintain complete recruitment documentation, ensuring both digital and physical colleague files are properly updated post-hiring.
 * Support talent pipeline development by liaising with internal stakeholders and contributing to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
 * Conduct exit interviews for colleagues through to middle management to gather insights, identify recruitment trends, and support continuous improvement in talent acquisition strategies.

  About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

 * A minimum of two years’ experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
* A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 * Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite and hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
 * Exposure to international recruitment or experience within an international or multicultural working environment will be an added advantage.
