Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residence is a 41-floor luxury serviced apartment tower in the canter of Dubai’s business district. About The Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a General Cashier to join Finance in Jumeirah Living World Trade Center. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Do spot checking, as directed, with month end inventories (Engineering, F&B, Health Club, Housekeeping)
  • Trans guard confirmation slips are and saved in P drive for tracking purposes  
  • To reimburse approved expense claims and IOUs.
  • Maintain the PDC and CC payment plans files for Apartment Service Charges.       
  • Receiving Officer to ensure all deliveries are supported by an approved purchase order and verified for quantity and quality against the Purchase Orders upon delivery. For F&B deliveries, all applicable local HACCP regulations must be strictly observed by the respective colleagues
  • Receiving Officer should ensure the posting of invoices (GRN) must be completed on the same day the goods are received. all invoices must be submitted to Accounts Payable on the day of delivery, any long-opened Purchase Orders must be reviewed by the respective departments for closure.
