About the Job
As part of our continued commitment to operational excellence and leadership succession across our portfolio, we are curating a talent pool of high-potential and experienced hospitality leaders for a Hotel Manager opportunity to join Jumeirah in Dubai, supporting both current and future needs.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Lead all hotel operations with a highly visible and hands-on leadership approach, ensuring seamless execution of strategic priorities, exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial performance in line with Jumeirah’s brand promise.
- Partner with the Senior Hotel Leadership team to shape and deliver the property’s commercial and revenue strategy, leveraging market insights, guest segmentation, and competitive positioning to drive sustainable occupancy and profitability.
- Convert strategic objectives into clear, actionable annual business plans across all departments, ensuring alignment, accountability, and disciplined execution throughout the operation.
- Maintain active, on-the-floor leadership across all operational areas, ensuring standards are consistently upheld, service delivery is refined, and operational discipline is embedded at every level of the hotel.
- Champion an elevated guest experience culture by actively monitoring feedback, anticipating guest needs, and continuously enhancing service delivery to create intuitive, personalised luxury moments.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, and succession planning, fostering engagement, accountability, and a strong alignment with Jumeirah’s values and standards.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Extensive luxury hospitality leadership experience within internationally recognised luxury hotels, or resorts environments.
- Minimum 10 years’ senior operational leadership experience within Hotel Operations, with a strong track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational performance.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with demonstrated ability to drive performance, optimise operational efficiency, and support overall hotel profitability.
- A hands-on leadership style with strong operational visibility, actively engaging with teams and guests to ensure service excellence and seamless execution.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams within complex luxury environments, ensuring consistency, brand alignment, and exceptional guest satisfaction across hotel and residence operations.
