Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking ambitious, intellectually curious and high-performing MBA candidates who are passionate about solving complex business challenges and creating long-term value.

Successful candidates will typically demonstrate:

  • Current enrolment in a leading MBA programme with an expected graduation date within the next 12 months.
  • Outstanding academic performance and a strong track record of professional achievement.
  • Previous experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, venture capital, transformation, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through professional, entrepreneurial, academic or extracurricular achievements.
  • Genuine interest in the Middle East and the future of global business.
