The waterfront all-day dining concept will be a welcoming community hub, moving seamlessly from breakfast and coffee to casual lunches, family dining, sunset drinks, and weekend gatherings. The experience will feature fresh seasonal ingredients, a bakery and coffee bar, an indoor farmer's market, a wood-fired pizza theatre, and flexible social spaces designed around community, comfort, and connection.

Above it, a contemporary Japanese and Korean rooftop bar and dining destination will bring the energy of Tokyo and Seoul to Dubai with panoramic skyline views.

About the Job:

• Deliver consistently high-quality, personalized service in line with Sarood’s service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Support daily restaurant operations while collaborating closely with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organization in guest-facing areas.
• Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and team-oriented environment that enhances the guest experience.

About You:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel environment.
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage guests professionally.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills, including Russian or European languages, are an advantage.
• Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.
